Connect the two air hoses between the control unit and the boots. Use the single-to-dual adapter if needed. Check that each hose is fully pushed in until you hear a "click". Never bend the hoses during use.
Installation, programmes, settings and practical tips to get the most out of your boots. Your complete guide to pressotherapy at home.
Pressotherapy works on the entire circulatory and lymphatic system. Here are the benefits reported by our users.
Relieve heaviness from the very first session. OptiFlow's progressive compression replicates manual lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling, water retention and improve venous return. At home, no appointment needed.
Flush out lactic acid and regenerate your muscles after exercise. Sequential compression speeds up muscle recovery, exactly like in pro locker rooms. Usable within 2 hours after training.
Stimulate microcirculation, reduce cellulite and get lighter legs every day. Silent and wireless, your boots fit into your evening routine as a personal moment of relaxation.
Find your situation and the suitable programme.
OptiFlow's progressive compression stimulates natural drainage and helps eliminate water retention in the legs. Visible results from the first sessions.
Programme: Lymphatic drainage · 90-150 mmHg · 20-40 minPressotherapy stimulates microcirculation and drainage, contributing to skin firming and visible cellulite reduction. 3 to 4 sessions per week for optimal effect.
Programme: Complete recovery · 120-180 mmHg · 40-60 minSequential compression stimulates natural blood flow from feet to body centre, improves venous return and acts preventively against deep vein thrombosis.
Programme: Circulation · 100-150 mmHg · 20-30 minThe double peristaltic wave replicates manual lymphatic drainage to support the treatment of lymphoedema and lipoedema. You must consult your doctor before use.
Programme: Lymphatic drainage · 90-150 mmHg · 20-40 minRelieve heaviness and end-of-day swelling. Progressive compression decongests the legs and restores lightness from the very first session.
Programme: Drainage or Relaxation · 80-150 mmHg · 20-40 minFlush out lactic acid and speed up muscle regeneration after exercise. Usable within 2 hours after training for maximum effect.
Programme: Sports recovery · 150-220 mmHg · 20-40 minSize is chosen by measuring your inseam (from floor to groin, standing feet flat), not your thigh circumference.
| Size | Inseam | Height | For whom |
|---|---|---|---|
| M | Up to 79 cm | Up to 1.72 m | Most women |
| L | 80 to 100 cm | 1.73 m to 1.94 m | Larger sizes, most men |
| XXL | 101 cm and more | 1.95 m and more | Double-check your measurement before ordering |
If the boot closures don't fit comfortably around your thighs, our extensions add an extra panel for perfect comfort. Available in sizes M and L.
Ready in a few minutes, no tools needed.
Connect the two air hoses between the control unit and the boots. Use the single-to-dual adapter if needed. Check that each hose is fully pushed in until you hear a "click". Never bend the hoses during use.
Slide your legs into the boots. Adjust the closures for comfortable contact with your skin or thin clothing. Settle comfortably on your sofa, bed or on the floor with a cushion.
Turn on the control unit via the touchscreen. Choose from the 6 programmes according to your goal. Set the pressure (80-260 mmHg) and duration (10-90 min). Press Start. Relax.
Full demonstration: connection, adjustment, programme selection. Watch once to save time.
Each programme targets a different goal. Explore them to find the one that suits you.
Chambers activate one by one from foot to thigh, creating a gentle and progressive compression wave. Ideal for relaxation at the end of the day or warm-up before sport.

mmHg (millimeters of mercury) measures the pressure applied by the air chambers on your legs. Your Restex boots adjust from 80 to 260 mmHg.
Light drainage, beginners, end-of-day relaxation. Gentle massage feel, comparable to a manual massage. The ideal setting for beginners or sensitive users.
Effective lymphatic drainage, water retention, regular use. The pressure range our customers use most for daily wellbeing. Firm but comfortable compression.
Intensive sports recovery, after competition, athletes. Strong therapeutic pressure, reserved for those used to pressotherapy. Do not start with this setting.
Two example routines based on your profile and goals.
A few simple habits to get the most out of every pressotherapy session.
Settle into a lying or semi-reclined position, with your legs slightly elevated if possible. Sofa, bed or yoga mat — what matters is being comfortable.
Drink a large glass of water before and after each session. Pressotherapy activates drainage, and your body needs water to flush out toxins effectively.
Use your boots as soon as possible after exercise for optimal recovery. For daily wellness, the evening before bedtime is ideal.
Never bend the air hoses during use. A bent hose blocks the airflow and reduces the effectiveness of the massage. Make sure they are completely clear.
You can use the boots directly on the skin or with thin clothing (leggings, socks). Avoid thick clothing, which would reduce the effectiveness of the compression.
Do you have a sensitive area or an injury? Deactivate the corresponding chambers via the touch screen. This function allows targeted, personalised treatment.
A few simple steps to extend the lifespan of your device.
Wipe the inside of the boots with a damp cloth after each use. Never immerse the boots in water and never machine-wash them.
Store your boots in the backpack provided, in a dry place. Do not bend the air hoses. Disconnect the hoses from the control unit before storing.
If you don't use your boots for a long period, recharge the battery every 2 to 3 months to preserve its capacity. Full charge in 3 to 4 hours.
A replacement kit with sealing rings is included. If you notice an air leak at the connections, replace the rings. This is the most common cause of pressure loss.
A few simple rules to preserve your device's battery life over the long term.
Charge your device fully. Plug in the cable provided until the charging LED becomes steady and stops blinking (about 3 to 4 hours). This first full charge conditions the battery and guarantees optimal performance over time.
Your control unit displays a gauge with 4 light bars. Each bar has its own colour and they all light up at the same time: at full charge you see 1 red bar, 1 green bar and 2 blue bars lit together. There are never 4 blue bars, even on a brand-new device charged to 100%. The bars then switch off from top to bottom as you use the device, which is completely normal.
The red bar at the bottom of the gauge is not a warning: it is simply the first bar. It stays lit at all times, including when the battery is at 100%.
The two top bars. While they are lit, 80 to 100% of the charge remains: you can run several sessions in a row.
The second bar. Once the blue ones have gone out, 30 to 80% remains: one to two full sessions depending on the programme.
The bottom bar. Lit on its own, less than 20% remains: recharge before your next session to preserve the battery.
2 to 4 hours
Of continuous use on a full charge, depending on the programme and pressure chosen. Intensive programmes with high pressure (200-260 mmHg) and 6 active chambers consume more.
Three habits that damage the battery irreversibly. This is the most important part of this page.
Always switch the device off by pressing ON/PAUSE until all the LEDs are completely off. Leaving it on standby drains the battery and damages it over time — it's the no. 1 cause of battery damage on this type of device.
Never leave the device stored completely discharged for several weeks. If you expect more than 3 months without use, recharge it to half charge every 3 months.
Let the device charge fully before use. Using and charging at the same time reduces the lifespan of the cells.
If you're travelling or won't be using your device for several months, follow these 4 rules.
Before storing, charge the device to around 50-70%. Avoid 100% or 0% for long-term storage.
Check and recharge to half charge every 3 months if the device is not in use.
Store at room temperature (ideally 15-25°C). Avoid humidity.
Avoid saunas, cars in direct sunlight, freezers — any extreme exposure degrades the cells.
