Order & delivery.

What are the delivery times?

Your order is prepared within 24-48 h business days, then shipped by our European logistics partner.

  • Mainland France: 1 to 3 business days
  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 2 to 4 business days
  • Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Poland, Denmark: 3 to 5 business days

Do you deliver across Europe?

We deliver free of charge to France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Poland and Denmark.

We currently do not deliver to the United Kingdom (Brexit), Switzerland (outside EU), or French overseas territories. For these destinations, contact us — case-by-case quote.

How do I track my order?

On dispatch, you receive an email with your tracking number and a real-time tracking link. You are then notified at each step (in transit, out for delivery, delivered).

If you do not receive this email within 48 h of your order, check your spam folder and contact us.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, provided you contact us within 24 h of your order. Beyond that, the parcel is usually already being prepared and we cannot intervene — but you can always return it to us (30-day satisfaction guarantee).

What if I'm not home when the parcel arrives?

The carrier leaves a delivery notice and typically offers: a new delivery on another date, a pickup at a nearby relay point, or delivery to a neighbour depending on the carrier's options.

You will receive an SMS or email before delivery to choose a time slot that suits you.

Product & usage.

How do the Restex Boots work?

The boots use the OptiFlow technology with 6 overlapping air chambers that inflate and deflate according to the chosen programme, replicating the motion of manual lymphatic drainage.

6 pre-set programmes, adjustable pressure from 80 to 260 mmHg, sessions of 10 to 90 minutes. See our full user guide.

Are the boots noisy?

No. The Restex Boots run at less than 40 decibels — quieter than a dishwasher. You can use them while watching TV or while the kids sleep.

How long does the battery last?

The 5,200 mAh lithium battery offers up to 4 hours of runtime (depending on the pressure used). The boots are fully wireless — you can use them on the sofa, in bed, or while travelling.

Which programme should I choose?

The 6 official programmes:

  • Programme 1 — Peristaltic wave: warm-up / relaxation, low pressure (40-120 mmHg)
  • Programme 2 — Sequential compression: deep sports recovery after effort (120-220 mmHg)
  • Programme 3 — Double peristaltic wave: reference lymphatic drainage, anti-reflux (90-180 mmHg)
  • Programme 4 — Whole-leg compression: travel, long days on your feet (120-220 mmHg)
  • Programme 5 — Long combined cycle: complete recovery, extended session (120-220 mmHg)
  • Programme 6 — Triple combination: intensive recovery (P1 + P3 + P4 chained)

Can the boots be used every day?

Yes, daily use is perfectly safe and recommended for optimal results. Most of our customers do a 30-minute session every evening.

Start at low pressure (80-120 mmHg) on the first sessions, then gradually increase based on your comfort.

Which programme for lymphatic drainage?

Programme 3 — Double peristaltic wave is the reference programme for at-home drainage: two chambers remain inflated simultaneously to prevent lymphatic backflow while the wave progresses, faithfully replicating manual drainage performed in clinics.

Typical settings: pressure 90-180 mmHg, duration 20-40 min, 3 to 4 times per week. Programme 5 — Long combined cycle is also excellent for a full drainage during an extended session.

Which programme for lipoedema or lymphoedema?

In your specific situation, first consult your doctor or physiotherapist to validate the use and protocol. The Restex Boots are recovery and wellness products, not a medical device.

Once medical approval is given, Programme 3 — Double peristaltic wave is most suitable: it promotes gentle drainage thanks to its anti-reflux mechanism. Start at low pressure (80-120 mmHg) and 20 min, then increase gradually based on your tolerance and your practitioner's advice.

Sizing & fit.

How do I choose my size?

Size is determined by your inseam (measurement from floor to groin, barefoot), not by thigh circumference.

  • Size M: inseam up to 82 cm (approx. 1.65 m to 1.78 m)
  • Size L: inseam 83 to 100 cm (approx. 1.79 m to 1.94 m)
  • Size XXL: inseam 101 cm and above

My thighs are wide, will the boots fit me?

The boots close with a zip along the full inner length of the leg and fit most body types. If you have very voluminous thighs, our thigh extensions add circumference: available in size M and XL, €34.90 per pair, installed in 30 seconds.

Warranty & returns.

How long is the warranty?

2 years — the best warranty in its category. It covers any manufacturing defect on the entire product: control unit, boots and accessories. Normal wear, impacts and misuse are not covered.

Can I return the boots if they don't suit me?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to request a return. That's more generous than the European 14-day right of withdrawal.

Testing the boots is allowed (1 to 2 short sessions), but the product must come back clean, in its original packaging, with all accessories. See our refund policy for the full procedure.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us at hello@restexrecovery.com describing the problem, with photos if possible. Our team responds within 24-48 h on business days with a solution: repair, replacement or refund depending on the case.

What if my boots have an air leak?

First check the sealing rings included in the replacement kit — this is the most common cause and the fix is immediate. If the issue persists, contact our customer service: the 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.

I received a different, damaged or defective product, what do I do?

Contact us within 48 h at hello@restexrecovery.com with your order number and photos of the parcel and product. We will offer you a solution (replacement or refund) within 24-48 h on business days.

Payment.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All payments are secured via Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS) — no bank data is stored on our servers.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — payment in 3 or 4 instalments with no fees available via Klarna (depending on your country and eligibility). The option appears automatically at checkout.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. All transactions go through Shopify Payments using 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store any bank data — they are encrypted and processed by our PCI-DSS-certified providers.

Yes. The Restex Boots are CE-, ISO- and ROHS-certified — compliant with European safety standards. Note: these certifications are product safety standards, not medical registrations. Our boots are sports recovery and wellness products, not medical devices.
