All our orders are shipped free of charge within the European Union, with no minimum order. No shipping fees are added at checkout.
The rate and shipping method are displayed automatically when you confirm your order, based on your delivery country.
Delivery times.
The times below run from dispatch (24-48 business hours after your order):
Delivery times may be extended during school holidays, peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday) or in case of strike or bad weather. We will inform you by email if an unusual delay occurs on your parcel.
Order tracking.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your parcel's tracking number
- The real-time tracking link at our carrier partner
- An estimated delivery day
If you do not receive this email within 48 h of your order, check your spam folder then contact us at hello@restexrecovery.com.
Preparation & shipping.
Your orders are prepared and shipped by our European logistics partner from its distribution centres across Europe. This guarantees short delivery times and reliable tracking in all countries served.
For fast and reliable deliveries
Orders placed on business days are prepared within 24-48 h. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared the next business day.
To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure you provide accurate details at checkout: house number and street name, postal code, city, country, full name, email and phone number.

We deliver free of charge to the following countries:

Countries not served.
We currently do not deliver to:
- United Kingdom (Brexit, customs formalities)
- Switzerland (outside the European Union)
- French overseas territories (shipping costs too high)

Parcel not received, damaged or defective.
Inspect your parcel upon receipt. In case of issue:
- Parcel damaged on delivery — if possible, refuse the parcel and note this on the carrier's slip. Otherwise, take photos before opening.
- Defective or non-conforming product — contact us within 48 h with photos.
- Parcel not received while tracking shows "delivered" — check with your neighbours, building manager and pickup point. If still nothing, contact us.
