30-day return policy.
At Restex Recovery, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
That's more generous than the European 14-day right of withdrawal, and gives you time to try your boots with peace of mind.
Return conditions.
For your return to be accepted, your product must be:
- In overall good condition — testing the boots is allowed (1 to 2 short sessions to verify they work), but the product must remain clean, without scratches or visible signs of wear.
- With all original accessories: control unit, hoses, charger, backpack, manual.
- In its original packaging, intact and complete (inner box not torn).
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Any product showing excessive use (prolonged use beyond testing, multiple visible sessions, stains), heavily damaged or missing packaging, or missing accessories may be subject to a deduction of up to 30 % on the refund.
Visibly damaged products (deep scratches, breakage) may be refused.

To the address below, only after approval. Any parcel returned without prior approval will be refused.

Defective or damaged product — 2-year warranty.
Restex Recovery boots come with a warranty of 2 years on the entire product (control unit, boots and accessories).
This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, impacts or misuse.
On receipt: inspect your parcel immediately. In case of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us within 48 h at hello@restexrecovery.com with photos. We handle after-sales service directly (replacement sealing-ring kit included, exchange or repair).
Exchange.
The fastest way to get another size or another product: return your current item, then place a new order as soon as your return is approved.
Refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether the refund is approved.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days on your original payment method — typically 5 to 7 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account then depends on your bank (24 h to 5 days).
