Returns, refunds & warranty.

At Restex Recovery, if your order is delivered in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 30 days after receipt to request a return. For other non-EU countries (Switzerland, etc.), see the "Deliveries outside the European Union" section below.

That's more generous than the European 14-day right of withdrawal, and gives you time to try your boots with peace of mind.

For your return to be accepted, your product must be:

• In perfect condition, without any visible signs of use (scratches, stains, deformation, perspiration marks).
• With all original accessories: control unit, hoses, charger, backpack, manual, repair kit (sealing rings).
• In all original packaging, intact and complete (inner box not torn, protective bags, foam inserts).

Any product showing excessive use (prolonged use beyond testing, multiple visible sessions, stains), heavily damaged or missing packaging, or missing accessories may be subject to a deduction of up to 30 % on the refund.

We strongly recommend a tracked shipping service. Until receipt, the goods remain your responsibility.

At your expense, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from a right of withdrawal of 14 days set out in Directive 2011/83/EU.

• Period: 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
• No justification required.
• Same conditions as our 30-day policy (good condition, complete accessories, packaging).
• Return shipping costs: at your expense.
• Refund: within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

For any order delivered outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc.), the customs duties, import VAT and any handling fees requested upon delivery are payable by the customer and non-refundable (they are levied by the authorities of the destination country).

United Kingdom: you retain the legal 14-day cancellation right (return costs at your expense, item in new condition).

Switzerland and other non-EU countries (excluding the United Kingdom): no convenience returns ("change of mind") are accepted — only the warranty applies.

New Restex Recovery products come with a warranty of 2 years on the entire product (control unit, boots and accessories). Refurbished products from the "Seconde Vie" range come with a warranty of 1 year and are sold as final sale (not eligible for convenience returns). These warranties apply whatever your country.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, impacts or misuse.

The fastest way to get another size or another product: return your current item, then place a new order as soon as your return is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether the refund is approved.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days on your original payment method — typically 5 to 7 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account then depends on your bank (24 h to 5 days).
