Installez-vous en position allongée ou semi-allongée, jambes légèrement surélevées si possible. Canapé, lit ou tapis de yoga, l'important est d'être confortable.
Buvez un grand verre d'eau avant et après chaque séance. La pressothérapie active le drainage et votre corps a besoin d'eau pour éliminer les toxines efficacement.
Utilisez vos bottes le plus tôt possible après l'effort pour une récupération optimale. En bien-être quotidien, le soir avant le coucher est idéal.
Ne pliez jamais les tuyaux d'air pendant l'utilisation. Un tuyau plié bloque la circulation d'air et réduit l'efficacité du massage. Vérifiez qu'ils sont bien dégagés.
Vous pouvez utiliser les bottes directement sur la peau ou avec des vêtements fins (leggings, chaussettes). Évitez les vêtements épais qui réduiraient l'efficacité de la compression.
Vous avez une zone sensible ou une blessure ? Désactivez les chambres correspondantes via l'écran tactile. Cette fonction permet un traitement ciblé et personnalisé.
Quelques gestes simples pour prolonger la durée de vie de votre appareil.
Essuyez l'intérieur des bottes avec un chiffon humide après chaque utilisation. N'immergez jamais les bottes dans l'eau et ne les passez pas en machine.
Rangez vos bottes dans le sac à dos fourni, dans un endroit sec. Ne pliez pas les tuyaux d'air. Déconnectez les tuyaux de l'unité de contrôle avant de ranger.
Si vous n'utilisez pas vos bottes pendant une longue période, rechargez la batterie tous les 2 à 3 mois pour préserver sa capacité. Charge complète en 3 à 4 heures.
Un kit de remplacement avec bagues d'étanchéité est inclus. Si vous constatez une fuite d'air au niveau des connexions, remplacez les bagues. C'est la cause la plus courante de perte de pression.
