1. Put the 2 gel packs in the freezer (a few hours is enough, the exact time does not matter).
2. Slide them into your Restex boots or trousers — into the inner pocket if your model has one, otherwise wear thin leggings to avoid direct contact with the skin.
3. If the boots become too thick to close, add the extensions supplied.
4. Start with short 5-10 minute sessions and stop if the cold is uncomfortable.
