What it does is act on water retention. The sequential compression of the 6 overlapping chambers supports venous and lymphatic return; the bloated feeling at the end of the day goes down, and the waistband is often more comfortable from the first sessions. The effect you see on your silhouette comes from that, not from losing body fat.
In practice: 20 to 30 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week, at moderate pressure. It complements a suitable diet and physical activity — it never replaces them.
