Is returning my order free of charge?

If the return is due to a defective product, we will pay for the return. If you are returning the product because you have simply changed your mind, you will have to pay the return costs. Please note that the 30-day return period must be respected upon receipt of your order.

Can I exchange my product?

We do not do exchanges for logistical and hygienic reasons, you will be refunded for the order in question and you will have to place another order.

How long do I have to return my product?

You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to return your Restex Product to us.

How will I be Reimbursed?

We will refund you via your original payment method (Credit Card or Paypal).

How can I return my producT?

Send your return request by email to hello@restexrecovery.com We will give you the procedure to follow. Once your product is returned and received by our team, we will refund you after checking the condition of the product.

HOw can I cancel my order?

We would be saddened by this decision :( but you can simply contact our team at hello@restexrecovery.com

Shipping

How can I track my order? Will receive a notification. will I receive follow-up notifications?

You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped. You will find in this email a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of your order to your home.

What are your delivery times and how much do you charge for shipping?

All our products are in stock in our warehouse in Belgium. We are the owners and creators of our products, our brand, and our supply chain. Your order is processed from Monday to Friday from 9am to 11 pm. Every order submitted before 11pm will be delivered the next day in Belgium (Monday to Friday).

For international deliveries, delivery time varies between 24 and 72 hours. Delivery times may be affected during school holidays and peak periods.

Shipping is on us for orders above 100 euros.

Delivery charges are visible when you proceed to the checkout stage.

How can I follow my order? Will I get a shipping notification?

You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped. You will find in this email a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of your order to your home.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Europe, except for England and Switzerland.

We do not deliver to French Overseas Departments and Territories either, as delivery is too expensive. If you still wish to obtain our products, contact us at hello@restexrecovery.com and we will try to arrange something for you.

Will I have to pay customs fee?

If you order from a country in the EU, you won't have to pay any customs fee.

I received a different, damaged or defective product, what should I do?

We would be very sorry and in case you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and send us a picture of the packaging / label on the box you received. We will do our best to find a solution for you as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHOD

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB, Discover, ...
We also accept payment by Paypal.
We do not accept payments by check or bank transfer. For specific cases, please contact us.

When will be reimbursed?

If you have requested a refund of your order, depending on the case, you will have to wait for us to receive the returned product. Once validated by our staff, the funds will be re-credited to the payment method used. The transaction will appear on your online statement within a maximum of 1 working week from receipt of the refund confirmation.
